Job Description: Glenmark Pharmaceutical is looking for an Executive/Assistant – Human Resources to join in their team immediately.
Responsibility:
- Workforce Planning: Anchor annual Workforce Budgeting & Planning process for GFB.
- Performance Management: Lead the Performance Management Process for GFB and ensure closure as per stipulated timelines with support from HRBPs.
- Rewards: Drive Annual Compensation Review for GFB in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- People Analytics: Be the custodian of People Data and generate actionable insights using Data Analytics
