- Fill in your Passport Information.
- Enter your Address Inside UAE.
- Fill in details of your RTPCR TEST Details.
- Fill in details of your COVID-19 vaccine Details.
- Upload documents( Passport Image(required), Personal Image(required), PCR Test Result, Covid-19 Vaccination Card (Optional). Note: Attachment max size 2 MB. Allowed types : .jpeg, .jpg, .pdf
- Tick the Declaration mark and submit the application.
- After processing the application, You will get a Green Signal message with Approval or Red Signal message with a re-apply Option.
