We are looking for a Female Executive For Export Import Documentation job in Sharjah with 2yr experience in the same field

Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of all documents for Export and Import.
2. Co-ordination with Customs Agents, Shipping Lines for shipment of export and import consignments.
3. Obtaining shipping bills, Bill of Lading, Lab reports etc. MISpreparation of the same.
4. Preparation and submission of bank documentation for exports including forex transactions, EPC’s, regularization etc.
5. Tracking of inventory at port meant for export import.
6. Freight bookings and management of freight forwarders.
7. Processing for all export import incentives and duties.
8. All other work relating to export and import of the company
Work experience requirement:
1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in dealing with Banks, agents and other like service providers.
2. Excellent communication and follow-up practices are must qualifications.
3. Candidate should be able to get her work done from service providers in a professional and timely manner.
4. Document management, work scheduling, and multitasking are required.
Candidate will carry all documents related to education, past work experience at the time of interview.
