Responsibilities:
Gathering information about functionality, features, and flows of software tools b Planning, creating, updating, and delivering documentation products This includes online help, release notes, user guides, reference manuals, application notes, and tutorials c Interacting with project teams and other technical writers d Evaluating information needs of customers and developing creative solutions to address them e Working in an agile development environment and having the ability to gather inform.
