മുവാറ്റുപുഴയിൽ നിന്നും 40 KM മാത്രം അകലത്തിൽ സമുദ്ര നിരപ്പില് നിന്നും 3200 അടി ഉയരത്തിലുള്ള പ്രകൃതി രമണീയമായ സ്ഥലമാണ് ഇലവീഴാ പൂഞ്ചിറ. (മുവാറ്റുപുഴ – തൊടുപുഴ – മുട്ടം – മേലുകാവ് – ഇലവീഴാ പൂഞ്ചിറ ).
സാഹസിക യാത്രികര്ക് പറ്റിയ ഒരിടമാണിത്. മണിക്കൂറിൽ 80 മുതൽ 90 KM വേഗത്തിൽ വീശിയടിക്കുന്ന കാറ്റാണ് ഇവിടത്തെ ഒരു പ്രത്യേകത. ട്രെക്കിംഗ് തന്നെയാണ് മലമുകളിലെ മറ്റെല്ലാ വിനോദ സഞ്ചാര കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളെയും പോലെ, ഇലവീഴാപൂഞ്ചിറയെയും ഹൃദ്യമാക്കുന്നത്.
