Blogger template mostly in .xml format.
steps:
1. Login to blogger admin dashboard
2.Then take template menu
3. There top right corner you can see backup/restore option
4. Click on the option a pop will come with two options
a). Download full backup
b). Upload a template .xml file.
one thing is important
Take a full backup of blogger template before upload the new one
