Always be sure to wear a mask in pubic settings. Wear the max correctly. Don’t touch the mask frequently, and, if you do, wash your hands or use sanitizer.
FOLLOW EVERYDAY HEALTH HABITS
- Stay away from others (at least 6 feet)
- Avoid public gatherings and avoid contact with people who are sick.
- Always use soap and water for Handwashing.
- Carry one sanitizer always with you.
HOW TO TAKE OF YOUR FACE MASK
Disposable face masks should be used only once and then you have to throw in the trash. Remove or replace the masks when they become moist.
While removing mask handle only by the ear loop or ties. Fold outside corners together and make sure not to touch your eyes, nose, mouth while removing. Wash the hands with soap and water immediately after removing.
