PART 1
1. Keep 10 keywords per/page with a 2-3% keyword density. Each page should have at least three keywords and they should be related to the content of the page.
2. Title Tag should contain the keywords for that page- Remember, not more than 3.
3. Write a good description meta tag, which helps visitors decide whether your client provides the services they need.
4. Do not need lots of “keywords, headings (and) pictures in content.
In fact, “Lots” of pictures serve no useful purpose, and the ones you keep should have an “alt” tag, which describes the picture when it cannot be seen and should have a related keyword in it.
PART 2
Some other SEO practices based on my websites
Domain – Is .com TLD(Top Level Domain) available?. People are usually interested in .com and if it is available.
– Keyword – Have you performed keyword research before targeting a specific keyword? – A very important part
– Page Title – Your page title should have the right keyword/keyword phrase to target
– Headings – use headings to help you boost your targeted keyword.
– Content – Google doesn’t like landing pages because they tend to be very thin, and yours falls into that category.
Quality content and a good amount of it will help you rank your site better!
– Keywords – You don’t need to have your keyword listed in the keyword meta tag. We also recommend that you remove it just because you will be helping your client’s competitor know what your client is targeting and use that against him! – Depending on the amount of content, you should use your keyword/keyword phrase once, or twice on a particular page! You can also use synonyms.
Page Description – Should still write a good page description for the following simple but important reasons:
a) Do you want Google to guess the description for you, which is something you really don’t want Google (and other search engines) to do? Plus, it will be difficult to have Google add a good page description from a page with thin content syndrome!
b) Use a good page description to entice visitors to click on your client’s link, instead of your competitor’s.
TECHNICAL SEO:
Images – Images are optimized for speed.
Image dimensions – Use width and height attributes. otherwise, page load time will get increase.
Images – Missing Alt tags – Add Alt Tag to every image you use
404 – Reduce the number of 404 response
CSS and Scripts- You need to properly order your CSS and Script. You need to make sure that your content is loading before any CSS or JavaScript file.
Leverage browser caching – set an expiration for the cache of all contents(Images, videos..etc)
JavaScript Parsing – It is recommended to have your JavaScript parsed after your page loads and not during.
This way, your visitors will actually see the site content first, and not wait till JavaScript has been loaded! (jquery.min.js)
Minify CSS – Once your site is ready to be live, I recommend that each CSS file minify (remove any blank space and comments, and have all the codes into one single line for faster speed)
Minify JavaScript – Once your site is ready to be live, I recommend that each js file minify it (remove any blank space and comments, and have all the codes into one single line for faster speed)
PART 3
1. Connect your website to several social networks and remain active responding to comments, likes and setting up webinars.
2. Connect your page to your blog.
3. Maintain a weekly blog post.
4. Connect your web pages to an interactive app.
5. Set up a discussion board on your site and keep it active.
6. Write articles linked to the pages of your website and post them across several news syndicates.
PART 4
1. Your Pagerank
As the domain is new, you will have for some weeks no PageRank, and after it will be OK. ( Don’t expect a change in the next months, the page rank is no longer disclosed, but Google uses it internally).
So if the page rank was an interesting parameter for old sites, we no longer use it.
2. As mentioned in other answers, and if we want to summarize, in SEO you have 4 main domains to handle :
– Keyword identification: quality is the rule, not quantity. Because quantity never gives good results, or you need a huge budget to build an optimization strategy for each keyword
– on-site optimization: your site architecture, page content and structure, internal linking.
– off-site optimization: backlinking is the main task. Find quality sites that will link to you with relevant content and linking.
– social network presence: some say it is not important for Google, but we see every day that is it very important for your ranking.
3. Check What is wrong?
Your site is new, not optimized so it is a frequent situation.
You will now need to optimize your site.
